Whilst sorting through some pictures I realised how many we have taken of the magnificent sunsets you can see from our cottage in North Uist, one of the western most points of the UK. They never seem the same twice and even in winter can be really special. The colours seem to to follow a seasonal pattern with yellow - orange and pinky - purple skies being more likely in winter. In the summer the sky seems to be red and orange. Where has your most memorable sunset been?
I thought I would share some of the sunsets with you here and hope that one day you can visit this wonderful wild island and experience them for yourself!
